Roy P. Fairfield,
first director of the Antioch-Putney Graduate School and later dean of
and professor at the Union Graduate School in Cincinnati, has published
Get Inspired! How to Release Your Creative Self at Any Age with
Prometheus Books. Drawing on ideas from Abraham Maslow, Carl Rogers and
other pioneers in the humanistic tradition, Fairfield discusses everything
from creating a climate for creativity to the uses of illusion to spur
on creative expression of all sorts. He is currently the chair of the
American Council of the European Graduate School and the author of many
books on creativity and education.
