Anderson Biography in Process Joan Horn ’56 is undertaking the writing of a biography of Walter Anderson, chair of the Antioch College Music Department from 1946 to 1966. Joan recently spent a week in Washington, DC interviewing Andy. She is happy to pass along that, at 85 and proud of it, he was in splendid spirits and good health, and is still preparing musical programs in his area of the city.To be the greatest help in this endeavor, the sooner you contact Joan, the sooner she can begin the writing. She has been in touch with Andy since her student days and feels he is richly deserving of having his incredible life captured on paper, so that he may continue to be an inspiration to others. |
